- ****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO: Dee Isom, Contract Specialist, email: dee.p.isom@us.army.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted. PRON: AX0F0737AX, NOUN: Bushing, Sleeve, NSN: 3120-01-556-2567; P/N: 70150-09827-102; UH-60; Quantity: 100 Min Qty/1000 Max Qty on a five year firm fixed price (FFP) (Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract applicable to UH-60 with deliveries to Red River Army Depot, TX. Required delivery is 100 each 275 DACA and up to 225 each year until contract completion. This requirement is restricted to: Fatigue Technology International Corporation (CAGE: 51439) and Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (CAGE 78286) because the Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate or legible data to purchase this part from other that of the current source. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation however; solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
