- This action (Project #523) is to procure, install, configure and implement CA Wily Introscope application performance monitoring tool into Validation and Production Environments on the CMS Mid-tier and Mainframe platforms. This will be incorporated into the Combined Information Technology Infrastructure Contract (CITIC) task order, which is a fixed price task order with Lockheed Martin, originally awarded after a competitive solicitation under the NIH CIO-SP2 GWAC. This notice is for informational purposes only. This work is expected to be completed by November 30,2010
