- Place of Performance Representations & Certifications Cover Letter CT2030-10 Solicitation Document This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.3, and 12.6 The solicitation number is CT2030-10. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. The North American Industry Classification System (NAIC) code is 313113. This requirement is unrestricted. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a firm-fixed price, Requirements type contract for delivery to UNICOR facilities at the following locations: USP Hazelton, WV 26525, FCI Seagoville, TX 75159, FCI Greenville, IL 62246, USP Atlanta, GA 30315, FCC Yazoo City, MS 39194, FCC Beaumont, TX 77705, FCI Ft. Dix, NJ 08640, FCI Talladaga, AL 35160, FCI Miami, FL 33177, FCC Butner, NC 27509, and USP Big Sandy, KY 41224. The period of performance shall be three (3) years from date of award. The product is a commercial item, various Threads, used in the manufacture of Army Combat Uniforms (ACU's), Battle Dress Uniforms (BDU's), and Special Purpose Clothing for sale to our customer DSCP and other Federal Agencies.
