- The Government has a commodities brand name requirement for Body Armor. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 339113 with a size standard of 500 employees; the SIC code is 3842. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. The incorporated provisions and clauses are current to FAC 2005-43, Effective 2 August 2010. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to provide the following items: THIS IS A BRAND NAME REQUIREMENT: 0001 - 20 each: 6094ATD063A-MD Ballistic package for 6094A soft packs for front and back sides of carrier medium - ITP 0002 - 70 each: 6094ATD063A-LG Ballistic package for 6094B soft packs for front and back sides of carrier large - ITP 0003 - 30 each: 6094CTD063A-XL Ballistic package for 6094C soft packs for front and back sides of carrier extra large - ITP 0004 - 20 each: VS-PULV-SM Ultra low visibility ballistic rifle plate set 7.62X39 MSC Small - ITAR 0005 - 70 each: VS-PULV-MD Ultra low visibility ballistic rifle plate set 7.62X39 MSC Medium - ITAR 0006 - 30 each: VS-PULV-LG Ultra low visibility ballistic rifle plate set 7.62X39 MSC Large - ITAR DELIVERY: FOB Destination to Hurlburt Field, FL 32544 45 days ADC THE FOLLOWING CLAUSES AND PROVISIONS APPLY TO THIS PROCUREMENT: FAR 52.212-1: Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items. The Government reserves the right to evaluate proposals and award a contract without discussions with offerors.
