- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested for the required items and no written solicitation will be issued. Solicitation number W911S7-10-T-0328 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43 dated 02 August 2010. This is procurement is a unrestrictedt aside under NAICS 3332439 with a size standard of 500 Employees. Ft. Leonard Wood MO requires the following items: CLIN 0001- 8 each 40 Refrigerated Shipping Container 40 Refrigerated Shipping Container Specifications: 40 Steel Refrigerated Shipping Containers for Cold Storage and Transport of Class 1 Items. Wind and Water Tight, 8 wide roll up doors, referbished, beige in color. FOB: Destination - Delivery location: 4th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, Attn: SFC Chad Buckley, 193rd CS BN HHD, 2314 Railroad St, Fort Leonard wood, MO 65473 Basis for award is the vendor offering the lowest evaluated price for items conforming to the salient characteristics specified for each item. All offerors must submit the technical data of the product being submitted for review by the Government. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
