- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A Request for Quote has been issued for Panelized Concrete Railroad Crossings with flangeway filler and lagless, Must have two galvanized recessed lifting eyes with 4000 LB lifting capacity each and a non-skid surface. Crossing are various sizes and are for 115# rail. Will be used with 10 ft railroad ties under *****FOB Ft. Leonard Wood, Mo and MCAAP, McAlester, OK****.(See Additional Documentation for further details.) The solicitation shall be issued via the internet at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/and http://www.fbo.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to these web sites and it is the contractor's responsibility to check these sites daily for any amendments. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
