- This is the full solicitation for the requirement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcemnet constitutes the only solicitation; offers are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is LCITS10R0213 and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This is a RFP to provide hardware and software in support of an upgrade to the Microsoft Exchange messaging for several service units in the Library of Congress. The attached RFP fully describes the requirement.
