- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center - Fort Bragg, North Carolina intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Security 2000, Inc., to provide the Front End Programming and Field Programming to support System Operator Profile Management of Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System (ICDS-III) in fifteen (15) buildings (approximately twenty-three (23) zones) located at Fort Bragg, NC. Contractor is responsible for the zone design, programming, and installation as well as the Front End Programming to the PMC Programming, OPWS Programming, RSM Programming, IDS, Programming, Mimics Programming and Systems Operator Programming. This requirement will have an anticipated performance start date of 29 September 2010. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 56121, Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths). The small business size standard is $12.5M. Interested parties may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 4:00PM Eastern Daylight Time, 27 September 2010. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
