- J&A ICIDS is a Government developed alarm system that is currently in generation 1 at Fort Sill. ICIDS is now in its 4th generation and companies that once sold generation 1 equipment no longer do so. Therefore, to keep our equipment current until the 2012 scheduled upgrade, Fort Sill can only procure parts from one source.
