- Bill of Material Justificaiton for Other Than Full and Open Synopsis: R3104336 General Services Administration Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) Mid-Atlantic Region Notice of Intent to Award Other than full and Open Competition September 23, 2010 The purpose of this notice is to post a Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition. This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with FAR 13.5, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract. All prospective offerors must be registered in GSA's ITSS procurement system to be eligible to receive a formal solicitation. http://web1.itss.gsa.gov Note: RFQ's Will Not be e-mailed, faxed, or mailed. Bill of Material: Towers Watson Data Services Survey Reports as noted on the attached BOM (Attachment I) for 2010/2011 period of performance. NAICs Code: 541612 This notice is not a Request for Competitive Quotes or a solicitation for offers. However, any contractor that can meet the requirement as outlined on the BOM may give a written notification prior to the response due date via FedBizOpps. In conjunction with a written notification, the contractor must demonstrate their ability to perform the attached BOM to the satisfaction of the Government and the end user, the Defense Contract Audit Agency.
