- Sole Source Confirmation ImmixTechnology Signed and redacted J&A for acquisition of Documentum sw, maintenance and training. The U.S. Department of Education, Office of Federal Student Aid intends to award a sole-source, brand name specific purchase order to ImmixTechnology located at 8444 Westpark Drive, STE 200 McLean, VA 22102 for the licenses, maintenance support and training of EMC proprietary products, Documentum. This is not a request for proposal and no solicitation exists for this requirement. Any parties that feel they can meet these requirements may submit a capabilities statement to Alex.Mavroukakis@ed.gov by 11am EST Monday September 28, 2010. These statements will be used solely to determine if this sole source should be cancelled and pursued as a competitive requirement. Telephone calls will not be accepted.
