- Description
- The Government has extended the due date for the "Interested Offeror Feedback" letter to 25 October 2010. As a point of clarification, the due date for the "Target Concept" letter remains 7 October 2010. An Industry Day is being planned for 18 and 19 October 2010 beginning at 0900. The event will be held at 401 Diamond Drive, Huntsville, AL. The purpose of the morning session on the 18th will be to discuss general acquisition requirements. The Government intends to conduct focused one-on-one sessions after 1200 on the 18th and continue one-on-one sessions on the 19th. Attendance is limited to three per company for the duration of event and one-on-one sessions will be of limited duration. Registration for the one-on-one sessions is on a first come/first served basis. One-on-one registration will be closed at 1600 Central Standard Time on 8 October 2010 or when capacity has been reached. The entire session will be classified, therefore; anyone attending the session must have a security clearance to at least the Secret level. All Industry Day registration requests must be submitted in writing via e-mail to the ICBM Targets mailbox at: ICBMTargetsProcurement@mda.mil. All attendees must submit a Visit Authorization Request (VAR) in accordance with the instructions in the posted "VAR" document by 8 October 2010. Read the VAR instructions carefully. No one will be allowed to attend without a processed VAR on file and verbal or telephone requests will not be accepted. The Government intends to provide responses to industry questions as soon as possible. Questions must be provided in the posted "Industry Question Matrix" format. Government responses to unclassified questions will be posted in sets to FedBizOpps. Responses to classified questions will be delivered upon request via FedEx or can be picked up by certified courier.
