- Statement of Work for CCTV System for Cryogenics Lab at building 26224 at Andersen AFB. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). All solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-44. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 423620 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. The following commercial items are requested: CLIN 001- All equipment, parts, accessories, delivery and installation for a Closed Circuit TV System to be installed at Andersen AFB, Yigo GU 96929, according to accompanying SOW. Site Visit required. Time of site visit is to be 10 am Guam Local time on Friday 24 September 2010. Contact Mr. Michael Wedekind 617-366-3687 to make final arrangements for site visit. Other Pertinent Information: Installation should be accomplished not later than 45 days ADC. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Submit the price quote information via email to Mr. Michael Wedekind at michael.wedekind@andersen.af.mil. Responses to this RFQ must be received via e-mail not later than 12 pm Guam Local time (CHSt)/2AM Eastern Daylight Time on Saturday 25September 2010. Oral Quotes will not be accepted. Collect calls will not be accepted. All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database @ www.ccr.gov to be considered for award. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items apply. Proposals will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the proposal representing the best value to the government. Award will be based on lowest price technically acceptable.
