- Pinellas County Job Corps Center Saint Petersburg, FL Solicitation No. / RFP: PCJCC - 2010 - GM Services: Grounds Maintenance / Landscaping Date: August 30, 2010 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The Pinellas County Job Corps Center is soliciting bids for Grounds Maintenance /Landscaping services. The Pinellas County Job Corps Center is a federally funded vocational and educational training program for youth. The program is open year round and the site is operated by ResCare, Inc. for the US Department of Labor. SCOPE OF WORK Please see attached "Statement of Work" document. PROPOSAL SUBMISSIONS Bidders should respond to the above solicitation by the COB on October 8, 2010. All interested parties must call Peter Merizalde to schedule a walk through by September 30, 2010. Please take the time to download, read and sign all attachments in this notice.
