- The purpose of this modification is to extend the Response Date to 24 Sep 2010 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. Please review the attached solicitation# FA4484-10-T-0036-0001 in its entirety. Use the attached Past Performance Cover Letter and Past Performance Questionnaire to submit to companies you've provided service to in the past, maximum of 3. Submit all documentation requested in the solicitation and past performance questionnaires NLT the specified closing date of 22 Sep 2010 at 12:00 p.m. The full text of a solicitation provision may be accessed electronically at this address: http://farsite.hill.af.mil. The 87th Contracting Squadron has a requirement for a contractor to provide/install/maintenance a fixed stationary mounted Highway Advisory Radio (HAR) system and ten (10) solar powered flashing beacon systems that can be controlled/activated by the HAR. This is a Commercial Aquisition. This solicitation is a Request for Quote and is issued under Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code 3663, and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334220. The proposed Period of Performance (POP) is from date of award to 1 Apr 2011 with performance starting within 60 days after date of award. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to transact business with the Department of Defense (DoD). Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in CCR may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in the CCR at the time of award. Solicitation will be issued on or about 18 Sep 2010. Due date will be stated in the solicitation. The entire solicitation will be available only on the electonic posting system website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The solicitation can be accessed by the following links on the fedbizopps website: USAF Offices, Air Mobility Command, 87 CONS. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to this solicitation. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code.
