- Four sources were solicited through solicitation VA-256-10-RP-0428 for the proposals to provide design/build services on road, sidewalk, and drainage repair at the Michael E. DeBakey Veterans Affairs Medical Center (MEDVAMC), 2002 Holcombe Boulevard, Houston, Texas 77030. Four proposals were received in response to the referenced solicitation. Award was made to the lowest, responsive and responsible offer, All American Brothers, LLC., 5312 Elm Street, Houston, Texas 77081 in the amount of $312,008 for the base bid item. All American Brothers, LLC's offer is deemed the best value offer to the Government in term of price and past performance experience. The award of this contract is essential to the MEDVAMC in order to effectively respond to the health care needs of veteran patients.
