- PWS Combined Synopsis/Solicitation: The Federal Maritime Commission, in Washingtion, DC, has a requirement for Onsite Bills of Lading Training for a period of 10/01/10 to 12/3110. The solicitation document is issued as a Request-for-Proposals (RFP). Submit written quotations on RFP number RFP-FMC-10-0001. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) award resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) offeror. This combined synopsis/solicitation is for the procurement of the items listed in the attached document. Contractors shall provide a firm-fixed-price quote as requested in the attached document. Proposals shall be submitted electronically to FMC with a subject line that states: RFP-FMC-10-0001 Attention: Anne McAloon. Please send to amcaloon@fmc.gov on or before 2:00 p.m. ET, 09/27/2010. It is the Offeror's responsibility to confirm timely receipt of the proposal. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing by 2:00 p.m. ET, 09/24/2010 to Attention: Anne McAloon at amcaloon@fmc.gov referencing the solicitation number. Questions submitted after this deadline may not be answered. Thank you for your interest in this requirement.
