- Attachment. 26 05 03 Wire Connections Amendment 0002 SF 30 POSTING 22 September 2010 AMENDMENT 0002. POSTING 16 September 2010 AMENDMENT 0001. Extension of proposal due date. NOTICE for clarification purposes: Response Date for Past Performance Questionnaires (PPQs) is MONDAY 20 September 2010, 2:00PM CST. POSTING Solicitation/Request for Proposals, IDIQ Statement of Work, Panelboard Replacement Groups 1, 2 and 3 SOWs, Wage Determinations, Past Performance Questionnaire. A SITE VISIT is scheduled for 08 September 2010 at 10:00AM CST. Please see instructions in Section L. PROPOSALS are due 20 September 2010 at 2:00PM CST at the address listed in Block 7 of the solicitation, page 1. Arnold Engineering Development Center, TN intends to award one to three contracts for electrical maintenance and repair requirements at Arnold AFB, TN. This contract contemplates task orders in the following areas of electrical installation, minor construction, maintenance and repair: (1) Interior and exterior medium voltage distribution equipment up to 13.8KV including feeders, main distribution equipment, transformers, secondary distribution equipment, terminal devices and wiring. (2) Interior and exterior low voltage distribution equipment up to 600V including feeders, main distribution equipment, transformers, secondary distribution equipment, terminal devices and wiring. (3) Interior and exterior lighting. (4) Uninterruptible power supplies and battery systems. (5) Single and three phase motor controls. (6) Data and communication distribution and premise wiring. Performance Price Tradeoff will be used to evaluate offers with past and present performance history evaluated on a basis significantly more important than price. Contract type will be Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). The contract will be issued for a base year and will contain four (4) one-year options that may be exercised at the Government's discretion. The contractor shall provide, upon receipt of a delivery order, all pricing, documentation, management, supervision, labor, equipment, devices, transportation, materials, insurance and all other work required to accomplish electrical task orders as specified in strict accordance with all terms, conditions, special contract requirements, specifications, drawings, attachments, and exhibits contained in the contract or incorporated by reference. This is an UNRESTRICTED solicitation. All qualified business concerns may submit an offer. The solicitation, plans and specifications will only be available electronically on FBO.gov. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a hardcopy format. Amendments shall be made on FBO.gov. It is the contractor's responsibility to check the website for any posted changes to this solicitation. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) http://www.ccr.gov, and have completed Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov to be eligible for award.
