- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. These following clauses apply: FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2 (evaluation criteria are: Tech Capability of Product and price), 52.212-3 (Must return reps and certs with proposal), 52.214-4, & 52.212-5. Proposal are due on the 27 Sep 2010/4:00CST to Mr. Don Chatham (donald.chatham.3@us.af.mil. Description of Services: The Contractor shall provide all labor and equipment necessary to support the installation and integration of software that provides comprehensive scheduling, forecasting, and planning functionality for complete enterprise-wide multi-site call center workforce management.
