- Updated DITCO Bayface Layout Amendment 0002 to RFQ The purpose of this amendment is to re-open this RFQ due to some possible confusion and revisions made by the customer to this requirement. The attached amendment and further explanation of changes is being provided as follows. The purpose of this amendment is to update the Statement of Work. Some of the changes to the Statement of Work is as follows: 1. The Government originally asked for Partner Assurance Software Support Plus Upgrades (PASS +). The Government is no longer requiring PASS + but asking interested vendors to quote PASS-Basic. 2. The Government only has one Signaling Server and it has never been installed. The requirement to install it has been removed from the Statement of Work. 3. To eliminate confusion over the current configuration the Government is providing a revised Bayface Layout which indicates the correct part-numbers. Any item preceded with (NIS) means the card is Not in Service and not fully inserted into the corresponding slot. Additionally the Equipment List that was provided in the original RFQ may not correctly reflect the part numbers needed to upgrade to Version 5.0 and may be substituted if a more current/appropriate part number/item exists and is required for the upgrade. Please provide your quote in accordance to the objective of the Statement of Work. Due to the fact that this requirement is fiscal year sensitive we are asking for all revised quotes to be submitted to Amanda.Hund@disa.mil no later than Monday, September 27th at 9:00 AM (CST).
