- Solicitation Attached is the solicitation for the SIMTEX Maintenance Support for the Air Force. Please fill out the solicitation HC1028-10-T-2324. Please provide a signed document (solicitation) back by 10:00 AM CST on 27 September 2010. You need to fill in blocks 30 (a), (b), and (c) on page 1 of the Standard Form (SF) 1449. Please return pages 1, 2, 3. On page 3, fill in amounts located on the clin to Kimberly.Hampel@disa.mil If your company is registered at the ORCA website ( https://orca.bpn.gov/ ), you will not need to return the completed FAR clause 52.212-3. Please either register with the OCRA website or complete 52.212-3 and return it to me.
