- Library of Congress Solicitation LCITS10R0244 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only soilcitiation. The attached solicitation (LCITS10R0244) is issued as a Request for Proposals. The Library of Congress (LOC) requires various audio/visual components for use in daily video and audio capture, as well as other multimedia requirements. The components will be used for capture and playback of LOC press conferences, high profile interviews, and statements from the Librarian. Please view the attached solicitation for all item descriptions, terms, and conditions. Vendors must bid on all line items to be eligible for award. Bids may be sent via email to the Contract Specialist.
