- The Government intends to award this requirement on a sole source basis to Advantor Systems Corporation IAW FAR 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source. The vendor shall upgrade, design, procure, install, and test the Advantor Access Control System for ten (10) buildings. This notice of intent is NOT a request for Competitive Quotes. This notice does NOT constitute a solicitation document. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 6350, the NAICS code is 561621, and the related Small Business Standard is $12,500,000.00. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to transact business with the Department of Defense (DoD).
