- Hi Rhonda, I see that you are the contact points for questions. I have a question regarding the contract terms The pre-solicitation says: The Government is seeking to award a firm fixed price contract to a company that will provide Recovery Audit Services at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), Glynco, Georgia. This requirement will be a five year contract with a Base Period of Twelve (12) Months and Four (4) Twelve (12) Month Option Periods. The designated NAICS Code is 541219, Other Accounting Services and the size standard is $7.5 million. Compensation will be a predetermined percentage of any recovered funds. Does that mean that on top of a firm fixed contract price there is also a percentage for recovered funds? Do you have an estimate for the actual solicitation date? Response: This will be awarded as a firm fixed price contract with the percentage rate proposed being the fixed price. This fixed rate will be the percentage rate used to compute compensation of any recovered funds. The tentative date for posting this solicitation is now September 23, 2010. This requirement is an FY11 requirement the tentative date for posting is late October 2010.
