- LCITS10Q0239 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented wiht additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The attached solicitation (LCITS10Q0239) is issued as a Request for Quotes. The Library of Congress (LOC) requires Citrix XenApp Advanced Edition licenses and associated Microsoft Terminal server licenses to enable the Overseas Operation fast, resilient, and secure access for email. Please view the attached solicitation for all item descriptions, terms, and conditions. Vendors must bid on all line items to be eligible for award.
