- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The Solicitation number is F1S0AX0209B003. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-43 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20100908. NAICS is 334417 and the size standard is 500 employees. FSC: 6099 - MISC FIBER OPTIC COMPONENTS This acquisition is a 100% small business set aside.
