- Description
- Work consists of the design and construction of a main administration building with alien detention, interview rooms, weapons storage, muster spaces, training rooms, sallyport, locker rooms, exercise rooms, communications and associated administrative functional areas; a vehicle maintenance building; a vehicle fueling area; a vehicle cleaning and wash area; a small canine shelter and a radio antenna tower. Site work shall be designed and constructed to provide paved vehicular access to all areas of the site and provide areas for paved visitor parking, paved staff privately owned vehicle parking, paved and covered parking for government owned vehicles, and an unpaved separately fenced area for impounded vehicles. Other miscellaneous functions shall be provided to incorporate all necessary utility support, site security, fire water storage tanks, and storm water detention.
