- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is TOTS10C0127; this solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. This procurement is set-aside for small businesses, and the associated NAICS code and small business size standard are 541519 and $25 million, respectively. The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) has a requirement for information technology licenses. The Contractor shall provide the following: 1. The selected Offeror must submit a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. Quotations shall be firm fixed price for the period of performance indicated above. Selection for award shall be based on the lowest price, technically acceptable offer. All qualified sources are invited to respond and will be considered for award. Quotations must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on September 24, 2010.
