- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a service contract to replace the flood gate roller chain at Lake Lewisville, TX. The contractor shall supply all tools, labor, equipment and materials to fabricate TEN (10), 4 roller, chain sections and FOUR (4) offset links to replace the missing roller chain section on service gate #3 in the Lewisville flood control, intake structure, Lewisville The Contractor will ensure that all work is accomplished in accordance with the contract, all applicable laws, municipal codes, regulations and/or written directives issued by the Contracting Officer or the authorized representative of the Contracting Officer.
