- PWS Solicitation Project Name: Software and Maintenance Support The contractor shall provide all personnel and supervision necessary to provide complete database administration for development, test and production of the Manpower, Programming and Execution System (MPES) and all related functions. The contractor shall support and maintain a complete Data Mart for MPES data. The contractor shall provide interface support to insure all of the MPES interface obligations are met. The contractor shall provide training material and instructions in use of MPES and the reporting tools. The contractor shall provide a Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP). The contractor shall provide a MPES help desk to quickly resolve issues.
