Description
Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-10-Q-0797 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-45, Defense Circular Number 20100908, Air Force Acquisition Circular 2010-0903. This procurement is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 339999. DESCRIPTION: 0001 -1 EA: Telescope Bleachers as Manufactured by Interkal: 4 Row X 78'-0" W Bank. Manually operated. 10" Sculptured seat modules, 24" Row Spacing, 10 1/4" Rise, Self Storing End Rails, Aisles with Intermediate Steps and Self Storing Rails, No notch outs for Handicap - OR EQUAL. 0002 - 1 EA: Uninstall and removal of old bleachers. Patch/repair gymnasium walls as needed to cover holes from old bleachers while maintaining the integrity of the gymnasium walls. All equal items will be evaluated by the customer for technical capability/acceptability. Please see attached statement of work. A site visit is mandatory and will be conducted on Monday, 27 Sep at 10:00 AM Tucson, AZ, local time. All interested vendors must be at the Craycroft Gate visitor's center no later than 9:45 AM Tucson, MST.
