- The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is requesting quotes for Information Resources Management (IRM) College to procure a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) to modernize the laboratory. This procurement was ordered under authority FAR 13.301 Simplified Acquisition Methods. The Government will evaluate quotes and make a selection based on the lowest priced technically acceptable quotation in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Additional Information: 1. All quotes SHALL be submitted to anthony.j.williams@dla.mil. 2. Quotes must be firm-fixed-priced. All quotes are due by 11:00 am eastern standard time, September 17, 2010. 3. Quotes shall at a minimum, shall meet all of the requirements of the following Statement of Work and attached design. 4. Statement of Work: See Attached 5.
