- The Department of Veterans Affairs has a requirement for laundry equipment at the VA Medical Center, Martinsburg, WV. The VA is seeking sources for a government acquisition to provide: Two (2) Ea. 400/500 Pound Gas Heated Drying and Conditioning Tumblers; Two (2) Ea. 120/125 Pound Drying and Conditioning Tumblers; One (1) Ea. Medium Production Combination Spreader Feeder Machine; and Two (2) Ea. Small Piece Folder Machines. Award(s) will be based on the Best Value for the Government Offer(s). This acquisition is RESTRICTED to small businesses. Solicitation documents and specifications will only be available via the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) homepage located at https://www.fbo.gov/. Offerors are responsible for printing paper copies of the solicitation. Hard copies will not be available and no written or fax requests will be accepted. It is the contractor ™s responsibility to monitor FBO for any amendments. Offers must be hand-carried or mailed to: National Acquisition Center (001AL-A2-3a), National Contracts Division, P.O. Box 76, Building 37, 1st Avenue, One block North of Cermak Rd, Hines, IL 60141, ATTN: Anthony Crumpton. All interested parties must be registered in VETS 100 per Title 38, USC, Section 4212(d), and with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in FAR 52.204-7.
