- Materials List DISA/DITCO is purchasing new hardware optical test equipment for Defense Information Systems Agency. This is a 'Brand Name or Equal' procurement. All equipment shall be delivered to DISA CONUS RN11, 604 Tyler Street, Bldg 3189, Scott AFB, IL 62225-5421. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be not be issued. The solicitation/reference number is CMTDC1000080. This is a Request for Quote under FAR Part 13.5. Attached is the mateials list. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. The provisions of 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items also applies. Evaluation will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. Offerors must submit a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification - Commercial Items, with its offer, unless the vendor has registered and completed the provisions under ORCA. FAR Clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 apply to this acquisition. WAWF invoicing procedures will apply to the resultant award. All 'or equal' type solutions that are offered must contain sufficient detail to allow for a valid technical evaluation. Offers must be submitted to Dean Cravens via email at dean.cravens@disa.mil no later than Monday, 20 Sep, 2010, 9 am Central Standard Time.
