- This notice replaces previous published notice for W81XWH-10-T-0508. W81XWH-10-R-0142 will be ISSUED ON OR ABOUT 16 September 2010 and offers will be due on 07 October 2010 @ 2:00 PM. The Government requirement is for the development of a non-specific chemical toxicity sensor for monitoring water using multiple strains of genetically engineered bacteria for the US Army Center of Environmental Health Research (USACEHR), Fort Detrick, MD 21702. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541712. This contracting office will issue no hard copies of the Request for Proposal (RFP) Solicitation. All interested parties can view, download, and print a copy of the RFP and any resulting amendments on or about 16 September 2010 on Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) at the following Web Link https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7003, all contractors wishing to do business with the Department of Defense must be register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. CCR registration can be accomplished at the following website: www.ccr.gov. This procurement is unrestricted. Offers will be evaluated on a best value and any resulting contract will be issued as a Firm Fixed Price Award for a period of 18 Months.
