- This amendment is intended to incorporate changes to line items 10 and 11 of the pricing schedule. Change from lump sum to read 12 each months. Payment is to be monthly for #10 and #11. The 2 previous paragraphs in the SOW for training were combined and the number of personnel to be trained was added. Paragraph 3(g), HDTV Flat Panel Monitor of #3, Equipment Specifications changed from "real me burning options" to read: "real time". FAR 52.212-5: (1)Incorporated 52.203-6 (2)Incorporated 52.223-15 Clarify #2 DESCRIPTION OF OPERATING ROOMS: Of SOW. Contractor is responsible for providing the high speed printer All installation and required cabling and interface will be included in this procurement by the contractor for the Nurses station and all rooms.
