Please see attachments. ***END UPDATE*** ***UPDATE*** 10/9/2010 Proposal due date has been extended until 15 September, 2010, 4:00 p.m. Eastern. ***END UPDATE*** Request for Quotes: Synopsis/Solicitation FA8601-10-Q-F4FBBL0194A002 TO PROCURE a gas cabinet to deliver Chlorine(Cl2) and Boron Trichloride (BCL3) gases for an Inductively Coupled Reactive Ion Etch system. This cabinet is required to have gas sensors for both gases to effectively shut off the gas bottles sound an audible alarm and be capable of being connected to the building alarm system in the event of gas leaking into the cabinet. The delivery manifolds are required to be capable of automatically (without user intervention) and individually purge the gases from the manifolds using high purity nitrogen (N2) to allow for a safe and reliable bottle exchange. The Ultra high purity N2 (99.999%) used for purging is required to be stored in the cabinet or an adjacent cabinet and be a fully plumbed integral part of the system. All exhaust and fire suppression will be supplied by the buyer. The seller shall include installation of the process gas lines from the cabinet to the tool manifold. These gas lines will be double walled stainless steel exhausted to the cabinet (less than 20ft). User training will be included with the installation. The size standard for this effort is 1000 employees. NAICS 325120. Delivery: 30 Days. FOB: Destination.
