- RECOVERY. This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This project is funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. A firm fixed priced contract has been issued to JM Industrial Supply Inc/River City Construction LLC Joint Venture, for the Repair of Brick and Window Installation at the Dairy Forage Research Center, located in Madison, Wisconsin. This contract was awarded as an 8(a) Sole Source as authorized by statute, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 19.805-1(a)(2), Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. The selection of JM Industrial Supply Inc/River City Construction LLC Joint Venture was based upon criteria which included the following: market research, successful past performance, relative experience on projects of similar size and scope, and proximity to the work site.
