Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, VA-69D-10-RQ-00684, is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38 effective February 1, 2010 and Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation Supplement (VAAR) current to January 2010. The Contractor is responsible for all freight charges. Offer must include product literature, product samples (if requested), technical features, warranty provisions, and any training and or installation that will be required.
