- NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION (NOCA) FOR A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT The Air Force Flight Test Center, Edwards Air Force Base, Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement for the Following: Hyperspectral imagery acquired over Edwards Air Force Base spanning visible to near-infrared (VNIR) wavelengths in 128 separate bands with a spatial resolution of 1 meter collected utilizing the Galileo AISA sensor during March-April 2009 and covering Area Juliett 18 flightlines, including pre- and post-processing, and quality assurance (QA). The final imagery package, covering Area Juliett 18 flightlines, is from a set of packages already procured from Tetra Tech, Inc. through the Army Corp of Engineers. Final data package required to finalize data already received from original purchase made through FA4890-04-D-0006. This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirement are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the required supply described above. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Air Force not to open the requirement to open competition, based on response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Air Force. If the office has not received any affirmative written responses by 17 September 2010, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time, a Sole Source FFP award will be pursued with Tetra Tech, Inc., 3475 E.
