- FA4460-10-T-0240 Solicitation Performance Work Statement (PWS) (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested. (ii) This solicitation, FA4460-10-T-0240, shall serve as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-43 (Effective 02 AUG 2010 [FAR obtained from 554 ELSG/KSL]). (iv) This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 611710 and the small business size standard is $7.0 million. (v-vi) The following commercial item(s) is/are requested in this solicitation; CLIN 0001 - The Protestant Parish Coordinator facilitates program coordination for the LRAFB chapel Protestant program. The coordinator shall assist the Senior Protestant Chaplain or designee by performing services IAW the PWS. POP: 01 Oct 2010 through 30 Sep 2011. In addition: 2 Option Years. (vii) The contractor shall complete the period of performance from 01 Oct 2010 to 30 Sep 2011, FOB: Destination for delivery to Little Rock AFB, AR 72099. (viii-xiii) The provisions and clauses listed in the attached SF 1449 Solicitation FA4460-10- T-0240 apply to this acquisition. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis. All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database at www.ccr.gov in order to be considered for award. It is recommended that responding offerors register on ORCA (http: //orca.bpn.gov) / ensure ORCA is current. FAR 52.204-8 mandates the use of ORCA on or after 01 Jan 2005. (xiv) (RESERVED) (xv) Quotes are required to be received NO LATER THAN 1:00 PM CST, Wednesday, 22 Sep 2010. (xvi) All quotes must be sent to the attention of A1C Lucille D.
