- REQUEST FOR QUOTATION SOLICITATION NOTICE #HSCG31-10-Q-DTD316 1.The U.S. Coast Guard has a requirement for a installation of equipment to convert two (2) 2010 police edition Chevrolet Tahoe to a fully functional USCG K9 Unit for Maritime Security and Safety Team 91105, Coast Guard Island, Alameda CA. 2. If you are interested in submitting a quote, please review the enclosed documents. All submittals must be completed and forwarded to this office for consideration of your offer. This solicitation is considered Services and Small Business Concerns will be considered first. a) Please note that the Proposal Due Date is 16 September 2010 by 3:30 PM local time. You may submit your quote via fax (510) 437-2793 Attn: Mei Chan or via e-mail at mei.s.chan@uscg.mil. b) If you have any questions, pertaining to the Statement of Work, they should be submitted in writing to Commanding Officer, USCG BSU Alameda, Coast Guard Island, Bldg 42, Alameda, CA 94501, Attn: Mei Chan or via e-mail at mei.s.chan@uscg.mil. Questions should be received no later than 16 September 2010. 3. Your proposal must be submitted on the attached Standard Form 1449 in order for your proposal to be considered responsive. Be sure to complete Block 17 and sign and date Blocks 30 a, b, and c. Price shall be quoted on the attached Exhibit 1 - Schedule of Supplies/Services. 4.
