- The United States Secret Service (USSS) intends to make a sole source award to Actionable Intelligence Technologies, Inc. for the purchase 15 FIS Stand-Alone Licenses which include 1 Year M&S, 1 Year parser library subscription. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is implemented under FAR 6.301-1, which authorizes other than full and open competition when there is only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is not a solicitation for proposals. The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice of a non-competitive action. If parties choose to respond, responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency however, any cost associated with the preparation and submission of data or any other costs incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government. Send all information to mary.m.smith2@irs.gov. Response must be received by September 20, 2010 at 3pm Eastern Standard Time.
