Description
(Subject Continued) Maintenance Complex. Overall size of building shall be 40W x 120L x (14H (from finish grade))with (3) three foot overhang on open side.(south) Contractor shall provide all labor and material to construct a Forty (40) x Ninety (90) short wall, to be located on the west and north sides of the above building. The short wall shall be a minimum of sixteen (16) below the finish grade and shall extend twenty four (24) above the finish grade. The short wall will rest upon on a minimum twelve (12) wide by eight (8) deep footer. Engineered trusses accommodate a Forty(40) foot free span Material and Workmanship Warranty 26 gauge R-rib commercial grade metal Minimum 30 year warranty on paint and #1 steel only Color of metal to be determined after contract award. (contractor to furnish choice of colors with quote) South side of the building shall be open, with ten (10), twelve (12) foot wide bays. Foil Fiberglass Vinyl Roll insulation installed in the ceiling with an R value of 10. Triangle style gable vent on the east and west end of storage building. Metal attached with screws/washers Snow Guards shall be installed on the roof. Commercial grade Gutters and Down spouts installed with down spouts on each corner of the building or more frequent if needed to carry the run-off load. The roof shall be a 4/12 pitch or greater depending on the engineering Column Post, all ground contact lumber and bottom nailer, shall be treated lumber. Engineer Stamped Drawings shall be provided within 10 days after date of award. Building shall be built to withstand wind and snow loads for central Missouri. Minimum of 5 years of experience with a minimum of 3 previous job references.
