- The solicitation number N00173-10-R-LS02 was synopsized on December 11, 2009, changed on January 11, 2010 and archived on March 31, 2010. It is no longer active and is hereby replaced with FY11 solicitation number N00173-11-R-LS01. The requirement remains unchanged and is re-stated herein. The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for comprehensive facilities operational maintenance and enhancement support for NRL Buildings 259/260 to include security (technical and physical facility access control, and information systems security). These buildings are SCI facilities located at the Naval Research Laboratory, Washington, DC. Personnel proposed to work on the resultant contract shall have a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance prior to contract commencement. It is anticipated that a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Term type contract will be awarded with a Period of Performance of one (1) year with four (4) one-year options. The NRL uses Electronic Commerce (EC) to issue RFPs and amendments to RFPs. Paper copies of the RFP will not be provided. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
