Description
Solicitation Provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment to furnish and install fencing and chair barriers on the SDC/LPMD project site in accordance with the Engineering Work Package. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: This EWP will install a permanent fence boundary marker (CEA) at the South side of the SDC which shall run from the South West corner of the LPMD to a point just east of the double security fence, ending north of the access road to the site. This fence shall have two personnel and vehicle access points and one Man gate as shown on the referenced sketches. Install a chain link fence starting at the East end of this fence running North along the sidewalk and down the loading dock on the West side of the LPMD. This EWP will remove the temporary construction fence fabric and steel posts located on the North side of the SDC which runs from the North West corner of the LPMD (Building 695), at the loading dock, Northwest and then West to a point just east of the double security fence. Also, remove the north to south run of temporary fence on the west side of the SDC. This EWP will relocate the existing personnel "crash" gate from the building grid line "C" to grid line "E" at the west end of Bldg. 695. This EWP shall relocate the existing guard house, presently at the NW corner of Bldg. 695 loading dock, to the SW corner of Bldg. 695. Its new location shall be south of the new fence near the 30'-0" access in the new chain link fence as shown on the referenced sketches. Re-route electrical, intercom, and telephone cable, in conduit, from an existing junction box on the west side of Bldg. 695 to the relocated guard house. Perform all other related work as described in the EWP. General: All testing and inspections to ensure that the final installation performs as designed. CONTRACTOR TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE Contractor and its Subcontractor(s), if any, must be licensed in to perform the work as detailed in Section C. Copies of currently valid licenses must be submitted to WA Subcontract Administration prior to bid award. ATTACHMENTS 1. SDC Permanent Fencing Engineering Work Package, Revision 0 2.
