- The following additional amendments hereby apply to combined synopsis and solicitation Q4190100095: 1. It has come to the attention of the National Park Service that the fax number listed in the solicitation is incorrect. All faxed proposals should be sent to Jason Pratt at (215) 597-5747. 2. Due to the error listed above, the due date for proposals is now extended until Thursday September 16 by 4PM EST. Vendors that have already submitted proposals via fax are strongly advised to re-submit such proposals at the corrected fax number. 3. As previously stated in the original syposis and solicitation, vendors with technical questions regarding the tires are strongly encouraged to contact Ish Ennis, the technical representative at the Park, at 410-629-6062 or at ish_ennis@nps.gov.
