- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This solicitation (W912LD-10-T-0075) is a request for quotation (RFQ). All quoters will be responsible for obtaining related amendments to this solicitation, if any, from http://www.ripfo.ngb.army.mil/EBS/ADVERTISEDSOLICITATIONS.ASP. It is the responsibility of each potential quoter to monitor the above site for any amendments or other information related to this solicitation. Quoters that register at the above site will be sent electronic notification of changes in the solicitation. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded to the responsible contractor with the best price. NAICS code: 33313; small business size is set at 1,000 employees. Quotes are required to be received no later than 1:00 pm Eastern Daylight Saving Time, Tuesday, September 21, 2010 and must include the completed SF 1449 including the Company name, address, phone number, DUNS number, and quote. Quotes may be delivered via email to William.J.Henry@us.army.mil ; or via fax to: 401-275-4305; or mailed to USPFO-RI Contracting, ATTN: W912LD-10-T-0075, 330 Camp Street, Providence, RI 02906-1954 W912LD-10-T-0075 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide 1) maintenance for a Pitney Bowes DM800, 2) subscription/warranty/upgrades for Pitney Bowes Manager Software Package, 3) lease of a digital postal meter for the DM800, and 4) lease of 5 mailstations (combined meter and scale) that work with the Manager Software Package, in accordance with the statement of work in the solicitation document.
