- The National Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC), on the behalf of the Office of the Administrative Assistance to the Secretary of the Army intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304 (c) (1) or 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1)-FAR 6.302-1-Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to the Sheraton Crystal City Hotel, 1800 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, VA 22202. The Sheraton will provide hotel services. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of four days. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotes. Phone calls will not be accepted.
