- Solicitation N00421-10-T-0391. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Technical Data Analysis, Incorporated for research and testing for feasibility of experimental measurement using advance technology for accurate prediction of crack growth for schedule periodic maintenance of fleet aircraft, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) Code for this requirement is AC14 with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 541712 size standard is 1,500 employees. All proposals must be received by 24 SEP 2010 to be considered by the Government. Services to be performed on Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River MD 20670. Award is expected by 30 SEP 2010. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, responsible interested parties may submit information in which they identify their interest and capability. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
